Enjoying a meal in our community is like dining with your closest family and friends. Love is translated on every plate and around every table. Meet Chef Jermaine
Chef Jermaine Pitts has been serving the industry for over 20 years and is now a dining services director. Starting out as a porter, Chef Jermaine discovered a passion for being a servant and leader to residents.
“As a servant leader, I not only enjoy preparing quality, nutritious meals for residents, but I also am there for them every day, supporting their well-being. I am a proud father of four and a grandfather-to-be, so family is everything. I am happy and thankful to be serving Charter Senior Living, where the mission is to enhance the human spirit. I hope to continue and grow in this role for many years to come.”
